Seenery is based in New Zealand and follows the Privacy Act 2020. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you apply, we collect your business name, website, what you run, where you're based, how you take bookings, your name, role (if given), email address, phone number (if given) and anything you choose to write in your message. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
We use your details to review your application, prepare your AI visibility assessment, reply to you, and talk with you about our services if you ask us to. We don't sell or rent your information. We never put clients' booking or revenue figures into the questions we ask AI assistants.
Who we share it with
If you book a time online, your booking is handled by our scheduling provider. Our application form is handled by Formspree, a form-processing service that may store information outside New Zealand. We only share your details with service providers we need to run our business, and we take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Contact us through the application form. If you're not happy with how we handle your request, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
